Who I am
Years ago I began my professional life in computer science and systems thinking. Even then, my mind was drawn to philosophy, mysticism, and psychology, and I was a spiritual seeker for many years.
Eventually I made the switch. For the last two decades I have been guiding, mentoring, and coaching individuals, couples, and groups, with personal concerns and in spiritual inquiry.
Today, in my fifties, I draw on an extensive spiritual background, a deep understanding of somatic and psychological studies, and a love of physical movement and biomechanics. I live at a unique crossroads of body and mind, logic and emotional attunement.
I have also traveled extensively in altered states of consciousness, and bring deep knowledge of how to integrate the psychedelic terrain.
I don't adhere to a single modality. I bring genuine curiosity and authenticity to every session. I meet you where you are, and guide you toward where you want to go.
My message
We don't grow alone.
We need teachers, guides, and allies: people who can be with us and hold us without judgment, who listen to us, pay attention to us, and offer us wisdom. We also need people who can offer us resistance when it is needed.
This has been my experience with my own guides and mentors, through many years of development and self-study. I offer you what they offered me: attention, care, skillful means, and the capacity to sit in truth.
